Puzzle
Tile Garden
★★★★☆ 4.1
Tile Garden is a comfort game. You match connecting tiles to clear the board, and each cleared set feeds a small garden that grows over your sessions. There's no timer breathing down your neck, which is exactly the point. It's the kind of thing you play to decompress.
The puzzle design gets cleverer than it first appears. Later boards introduce blocked tiles and chain reactions that reward planning, so it never fully drifts into mindless tapping. Progress is slow and steady, and watching the garden fill in is a genuinely nice payoff.
It won't set your pulse racing, but as a wind-down puzzle it's one of the more thoughtful ones we've played this year.
What we liked
- No timers, no pressure
- Chain reactions add real strategy later
- A satisfying long-term garden to grow
