Why us

We Finish The Game

Every review is based on real playtime, not a trailer. If we didn't reach the late game, we tell you exactly where we stopped.

No Paid Verdicts

Scores are never for sale. A developer can send us a game, but they can't buy the opinion that follows.

Updated Over Time

Games change with patches, so we revisit reviews when something big shifts and note the date of the update.

Emberfall Saga
RPG

Emberfall Saga

★★★★★ 4.6

Emberfall Saga is the rare mobile RPG that trusts you to read. It opens quiet, drops you into a fading border town, and lets the plot unfold through small conversations rather than cutscenes. Combat is a clean grid-based system where positioning matters as much as raw stats, and your four-character party each brings a distinct role.

  • Tactical grid combat with meaningful positioning
  • Story that respects your time and attention
  • Deep class trees without forced grinding

Questions & answers

How do you choose which games to review?

We pick games we're genuinely curious about across every genre, then play each one for at least a few days before writing. Reader suggestions and things we stumble on ourselves both feed the list. We skip anything we can't actually stand to play, because a bored review helps nobody.

Do developers pay you for reviews?

No, and they can't. A studio is welcome to send us a game to try, but the score and the words that follow are entirely our own. If a review was ever influenced by anything, we'd say so plainly in the piece.

Can I suggest a game for you to cover?

Absolutely, and we read every suggestion. Email us the game and a line about why you like it, and it goes onto our shortlist. We can't promise to cover everything, but genre variety and reader interest both push a game up the queue.

Is there advertising on the site?

We may run simple, unobtrusive ads to help cover hosting, but they never affect our verdicts. As an example, our Big Rush Cast review was written the same way whether or not an ad happened to sit near it. Editorial and advertising stay completely separate.
